St. Christophers

St. Christophers provides care for clients who either can no longer live independently at home, or who choose not to, but do not need nursing care.  Every client is assessed to ensure the home can provide care for their needs and clients will generally have a degree of independence and mobility. 

 

St. Christophers. can offer respite, intermediate/rehabilitation, and convalescence care,  when available

 

Nursing Care facilities are available on site at our sister home, St. Davids Nursing Home.
